| 1 onion, chopped |
| 2 garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 bay leaf |
| 2 tsp. basil |
| 1/4 c. celery, chopped |
| olive oil |
| 8 oz. dry white wine |
| 1 lb. mussels |
| parsley |
1. Cover celery with olive oil. Saute onions, garlic, bay leaf, basil and celery together. Add the wine and mussels. Cover and steam for 4-6 min.
2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
