| 2 lb. rock shrimp, peeled |
| 1/2 c. catsup |
| 1/2 c. orange marmalade |
| 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 2 tsp. Dijon mustard |
| 1 tsp. prepared horseradish |
| 1/4 tsp. curry powder |
| 1 c. mango, diced |
1. Add shrimp to boiling water and cook for 2 min.; drain well and set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat until bubbling. Stir in cooked shrimp and serve.
