Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Arrange oysters on a layer of rock salt on a baking sheet. Top each oyster with 1/2 tsp. of hot pepper sauce.
3. Bake for 10 min. or until edges of oysters begin to curl. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
