Directions:
1. Season chops with salt and pepper.
2. Combine teriyaki sauce and ketchup in small bowl.
3. Grill chops over hot coals (or brown over medium heat in non-stick skillet), basting often with teriyaki/ketchup sauce.
4. Cook until meat is done or reaches internal temperature of 145°F, followed by a 3-min. rest time.
