Sweet Potato, Marshmallow, and Bacon "Poutine"

1 pkg ORE-IDA Sweet Potato Fries
1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

Directions:

1. HEAT oven to 400°F.

2. ARRANGE fries in a single layer on an 11™x17™ baking sheet. Bake fries as directed on package. Cook to a light golden color.

3. TOP fries with syrup, marshmallows, cinnamon sugar, and bacon. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes.

Substitute: Dollop about 3 oz. JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme in place of 2/3 cup mini marshmallows.
