                Pesto, Ham and Goat Cheese Noodle Salad

| 12oz. bag No Yolks Broad Noodles | 
| 1 1/2 cup Frozen Peas | 
| 2 cups Baby Arugula | 
| 2 cups Diced thick-cut deli ham | 
| Basil pesto, as desired | 
| 4oz. Crumbled goat cheese | 
| Basil leaves, for garnish | 
| Red pepper flakes, to taste | 
Directions:
1. Cook No Yolks® Broad Noodles according to package instructions, and 1 minute before the noodles are ™nished cooking, add the peas and cook until Drain noodles and peas and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
