                Biscuits and Gravy (Gluten-Free)

| 1 lb. ground pork sausage | 
| 1/3 c. sweet rice flour | 
| 1 tsp. salt | 
| 1/2 tsp. pepper | 
| 4 c. gluten-free buttermilk biscuit mix | 
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain off grease.
2. Stir in flour till sausage is well coated.
3. Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve over biscuits.
