                Chicken Alfredo (Gluten-Free)

| 1 c. cooked, shredded chicken | 
| 1/2 c. cooked broccoli | 
| 2 Tbsp. butter | 
| 2 Tbsp. cornstarch | 
| 1 c. milk | 
| 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese | 
| garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste | 
| cooked rice pasta | 
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
2. Whisk in cornstarch, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
3. Stir in cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Serve over cooked rice pasta.
