Potato Sorbet

Ingredients
1 c. heavy cream
4 c. savory syrup (see below)
1 lb. riced potato
1 Tbsp. toasted ground coriander

Directions:

Combine ingredients and mix according to sorbet machine instructions.

* Savory syrup: Combine 4 c. maple syrup, 3 whole bay leaves and 1 tsp. ground thyme.
